1. Introduction The individual providing the subscription management application “SubCal” (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) respects the privacy of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains how information is collected, used, and protected in connection with the application provided by the Provider (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). 2. Information Collected The App may collect the following types of information. 2.1 Information Provided by Users ・Information voluntarily provided by Users, such as feedback or support requests 2.2 Automatically Collected Information ・Server access logs (access date and time, IP address, accessed endpoints) In order to obtain the latest currency exchange rates, the App accesses servers managed by the Provider. At that time, access logs are automatically recorded for server operation and fraud prevention purposes. These logs are automatically deleted after a certain period of time. Subscription information and other data registered within the App are synchronized through iCloud linked to the User’s Apple Account. Therefore, the Provider cannot access the contents of such data. 3. Purpose of Use The collected information is used for the following purposes. ・Development and improvement of the App ・Provision of user support ・Reduction of server load ・Prevention and response to fraudulent activities 4. Sharing of Information The Provider does not share Users’ personal information with third parties except in the following cases. ・When the User has given consent ・When disclosure is required by law 5. Protection of Information The Provider takes reasonable measures to protect the collected information. However, since data transmission over the Internet is not completely secure, the Provider cannot guarantee 100% security. 6. User Rights Users have the following rights. ・The right to access their personal information ・The right to request correction or deletion of their personal information 7. Changes to This Policy The Provider may update this Policy as necessary. If there are significant changes to the contents of this Policy, Users will be notified within the App. This does not apply to minor changes that do not adversely affect Users. 8.
